Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please understand that we are a discount uniform, service tool and safety footwear source for the hospitality industry niche market; we are NOT a major retailer. For this reason, we have policies in place that allow us to retain our competitive pricing structure and bring great value to our clientele. Therefore, customers may exchange merchandise purchased from Server Station for a different size or for a different item within Server Station's inventory of equal or lesser value. You may return any merchandise for store credit to be used toward future purchases from Server Station Workwear & Supply. Sales with Server Station are final...Refunds will not be made. A customer MUST RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHIN 21 DAYS of the date to which they originally received their goods. Orders may be cancelled up until shipment. Once an order has shipped, it will be treated as a completed order...therefore merchandise may only be exchanged or returned for store credit at that time. Merchandise being returned for store credit will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Store credit must be used within 60 days from the date the credit was issued.
CUSTOM GARMENT PRODUCTION & DECORATED GARMENTS:
Funds must be collected from the customer prior to production of custom garments and/or decoration (such as embroidery & screen printing). Once funds are collected and production and/or decoration has begun, the sale is final and the order will ship upon completion. Custom and decorated garments and products CANNOT be returned for any reason, unless the finished product is deemed to be in manufacturer error...No Exceptions.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: All international returns and exchanges, including Canadian, will be dealt with on a case by case basis and ALL shipping and handling charges (to and from) will be the customer's responsibility.
To Return Merchandise:
Email Server Station to obtain a Return Authorization (RA)and/or correspondence forms. At that time you will be given an RA# which should be clearly marked on the box you are returning or emailed a correspondence form to be printed and filled out in it's entirety. You will also be given the return shipping address for your package(s) at that time. Ship the merchandise you wish to return (in new condition with tags on and in original packaging when applicable) along with a copy of your sales receipt to the proper address given and mark it:

Please include your correspondence form in with the package; i.e. Size exchange information, product exchange information, request for store credit etc...
The customer is responsible for sending the merchandise for return back to Server Station...then Server Station will absorb regular ground shipping one time for the exchange back to the customer. Expedited shipping may be requested on exchanges, however the difference in rates will be the customer's responsibility. In the event that further exchanges are necessary, total shipping charges beyond the first exchange will become the customer's responsibility.
